Tech Detox

Phone goes in a Faraday pouch at check-in. What happens between now and the debrief was designed for the way high-output minds actually recover — not the way wellness gets marketed.

The premise

Three hours offline, four therapies, one practitioner.

You don't need another wellness routine to manage. You need a single block of time where the nervous system is allowed to do what it already knows how to do — without a screen interrupting the work every forty seconds.

The Detox is built around that idea. We sequence four therapies in the order that lets each one set up the next. A practitioner is on the floor with you between rooms. The debrief at the end is a one-page protocol you take with you, so the work continues at home.

The itinerary

What happens, in order.

  1. REST Floating Therapy

1,100 lbs of Epsom salt. No light, no sound, no notifications. The reset starts here.

    60 min

  2. Fire & Ice Contrast Therapy

Infrared sauna alternating with cold plunge. Inflammation down, dopamine up — without a screen in sight.

    60 min

  3. NeuroVizr

Light and sound brain training. Replaces the dopamine loop your phone has been running on.

    30 min

  4. Red Light Therapy

Photobiomodulation. Mitochondrial signal, eyes closed, no phone.

    20 min

  5. Reset debrief

A practitioner walks through what changed, a one-page protocol you keep, and the cadence we recommend.

    30 min

Why it works

The biology behind the sequence.

Sympathetic offload

Floating removes the inputs your nervous system has been working overtime to filter. By minute 30, baseline cortisol begins to drift down.

Vagal recovery

Contrast therapy trains the parasympathetic side of the autonomic system. HRV typically rises measurably in the days that follow.

Dopamine reset

NeuroVizr supplies the kind of rhythmic, novel input your phone has been simulating. The brain takes the real thing over the imitation every time.

Common questions

A few things people ask first.

Where does my phone go?
Into a Faraday pouch at check-in. You get it back at the reset debrief — and not before. We hold messages for you in case of emergency contact.
How long is the visit?
Roughly three and a half hours, including transitions. Block half a day on your calendar and arrive ten minutes early.
What should I bring?
A swimsuit, a water bottle, and nothing else. Robes, slides, and everything else are provided.
Is this for first-timers?
It's designed for members who have already tried at least one therapy with us — REST Floating in particular. New to SoliVana? Start with the Sampler so the Detox lands cleanly.

Block half a day. Get the next quarter back.

By appointment only. We block the suite so the visit is yours alone.
